DESCRIPTION:Ceramic Mug Pottery Workshop – Friday 24th April at Titsey Brewing 10 – 12pm \nReady to get your hands dirty (in the best way)? In this pottery class\, you’ll dive into the relaxing and playful world of hand-building – a pottery technique that lets you shape clay entirely by hand. It’s a slower\, more mindful process that’s perfect for beginners. \n \nYou’ll learn how to hand-build your very own unique coffee/tea mug using a technique called slab building. Over the course of two hours\, we will experiment with texture and form so that you can craft a mug that is completely personal to you.  Lisa our local potter will be there to guide you through the making process and will carefully fire your creations at her home studio and dip glaze each piece\, then they can be collected from The Titsey Brewery within 3 weeks of the class.\n \n Just wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dusty (clay dust washes out easily).\nSpaces are limited\, so book early to secure your spot! \nPrice – £49 per person – tickets include a hot/soft drink. \nLocation: The Tanks\, Titsey Taproom \nOur bar will be open for coffee\, tea\, soft drinks etc. We’ll also be serving breakfast until 11.30am\, or join us after the class for lunch from 12.30pm. \nLimited tickets available here.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual gravel cycling event. Saddle up for an unforgettable gravel cycling experience as we traverse the stunning landscapes of Surrey and Kent in the heart of England. Welcome to “Beer’n’Ride” where the thrill of the ride meets the charm of a local brewery. Get ready to conquer gravel trails\, savour craft brews\, and embrace the spirit of adventure! \nSetting off from the Brewery with its stunning views\, a hub of local flavour and community spirit. Situated on the North Downs near Tatsfield\, just over 200 metres there is nothing higher until the Ural Mountains in Russia! (In a N.E.’ly direction) \nEnjoy the lively atmosphere as you check in\, prepare for the ride\, and celebrate your gravel conquest upon your return. Post-ride\, the brewery is the perfect place to relax\, swap stories with fellow cyclists\, and indulge in a well-deserved pint of craft beer. \nOur carefully crafted routes will lead you through hidden gems\, charming villages\, and gravel paths that showcase the natural beauty of the region. Whether you’re an experienced gravel grinder or a first-timer\, there’s a route tailored to your level. \nWith a choice between either an epic 65km and 1000m of accent or a slightly more leisurely 46km 670m route. The exact routes for 2026 will be finalised nearer to the time. \nThe course consists of bridleways\, byways\, double & singletrack\, cycle paths\, forest tracks and quiet lanes\, all with a wide variety of surfaces. So\, a bike with larger width tyres and clearances like gravel\, or mountain bike / e-bike is ideal\, \nAfter you have conquered the ride\, you return to the Brewery for a well-earned Titsey beer and refreshments will be waiting. \nCan’t join the ride? No worries! Come down to the brewery to cheer on the riders\, and revel in the post-ride festivities. \nEvent Schedule \nSaturday 16th May 2026 \n8:00am – Arrival from 8am at Titsey Brewery – Clarks Lane Farm\, Tatsfield\, TN16 2JU \n8:30am – Registration \n9:00am – Departures start – riders will be started on a staggered basis \n1:00pm – Riders will start to return to the brewery where there will be beer\, food and music. \nAge 16 and over as of 15th May 2026 \nEvent Support / What’s Included \nEvent Centre facilities \nFeed Station on route \nMechanic and tune up facilities at start/finish \nOn call as well with a van. \nLive Music \nBeer and Food at the after event \nWet Weather – Arrival & Parking Plan \nWe are limited on space for parking should there be rain before or during the event. If the rain does come down then we’ll inform attendees of parking spaces nearby to the brewery and start.
