Combining mindful flow\, breathwork and intention-setting\, each session is designed to help you slow down\, tune in and create space before the weekend properly begins. \nWhether you’re a regular yogi or completely new to the practice\, you’ll leave feeling calmer\, clearer and more connected – to yourself\, to nature and to the weekend ahead. \nThe perfect way to draw a line under the week just gone\, start your weekend with purpose\, and spend time with a welcoming community of like-minded people. \nAnd the best part?
