Pilates & Brunch Club with The Walking Club Community | Friday 19th July, 8.30am
Join us bright and early for another round of Pilates & Brunch Club, led by the wonderful Alice from The Walking Club Community.
Expect a feel good morning that kicks off with a 45-minute dynamic Pilates class on the lawn — a perfect way to stretch out, build strength and set the tone for your day.
After class, head into the Taproom to enjoy great coffee and a delicious brunch with your fellow movers — a great way to meet like-minded people.
Suitable for all levels — just bring a mat and some energy.
*Please note, this class is not suitable for who those are pregnant.
*Please bring your own mat.
*Coffee/brunch not included with free ticket.
