Stretch, Step & Sip with The Walking Club Community
Class starts at 8.15am | Walk sets off at 9.15am | Brunch back at the Taproom for 11am ish
Join us for an energising start to the weekend outside on our front lawn, hosted by the wonderful Alice from The Walking Club Community .
We’ll begin with a 45 minute dynamic Pilates class designed to wake up the body, strengthen and stretch and connect you to your breath. We’ll then head out as a group on a leisurely 5k walk across the beautiful North Downs. Expect rolling hills and views for miles.
If you don’t wish to do the class, but want to join for the walk, you don’t need to buy a ticket – just head to the Taproom and meet Alice on the lawn between 9 – 9.15am.
After the walk, we’ll return back to the Taproom for a well-earned coffee and a delicious brunch – the perfect way to round off a morning of movement and celebrate the sunshine.
Whether you’re a walking club community regular or just curious to join in, everyone is welcome to join for the pilates, walk and brunch, or just the walk and brunch!
*Please note, the pilates class is not suitable for who those are pregnant.*Please bring your own mat. *Coffee/brunch not included with ticket. *Toilets + water available.
