Trade information & APPLICATION

In consideration of the Titsey Brewing Co. Limited (TBC) agreeing to supply the above company, I the undersigned hereby personally guarantee that all monies owed to TBC will be paid 30 days following the invoice date or as agreed with the Directors of TBC, and that any equipment or products supplied by TBC will be returned to TBC on request without the need of a court order. I will give TBC at least 30 days prior written notice of any change of ownership of the company. It is agreed that legal title and ownership of all goods supplied by TBC remain the property of TBC until all invoices are paid in full. I declare that the details above are correct and that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. I accept, on behalf of the Company and myself that these conditions of sale are legal and binding.
