TASTING NOTES FOR OUR CALIFORNIAN SPRING – AMERICAN PALE ALE – 4.2%:

Mosaic hops were used in the whirlpool, at the start and end of fermentation to bring out the complex and delicious characteristics of this mesmerising hop. This batch gives you notes of guava and peach on the nose, with blueberry, slight bubblegum and waves of soft peach on the palate.

Our spring and summer seasonal takes us to the sunnier climate of west coast America just in time for the arrival of our own warmer weather. Californian Spring is our nod to the celebrations of welcoming in sitting in beer gardens soaking up the first warming rays of sunshine.
